Join the Rebellion.

Are you a leadertarian? A good rebel looking for kindred spirits? Are you part of the solution, not the problem? One of those people who believe that before criticising a client or partner it’s better to walk a mile in their shoes? Join the Rebellion.

What makes a Rebel?

Human-centred

We put people first by showing empathy. We create, design and communicate with the end user in mind.

Digital explorers

We like to play, discover, learn and share. Technology never ceases to amaze us (and to amuse us).

Rebels and leadertarians

We don’t like bosses. We think big, we question the status quo, and we apply creativity to push the limits for our clients.

Thinkers-doers

We think, do, measure, pivot (only if necessary ?). In short, we make things happen.

Freedom… and responsibility.

We buried the carrot and stick years ago. Intrinsic motivation is our religion, and our rebel culture is the secret weapon.

1. Freedom

We love our office, but we work remotely when and where we want. There is no timetable. We negotiate vacations as a team and no one controls how many days we take.

2. Knowledge

We invest a lot of effort in training and being trained. Over 40% of the Rebels are university professors, business school teachers or conference speakers.

3. No bosses

Hierarchies kill innovation. We form a network of self-organised teams that encourage feedback and critical thinking to decentralise decision making.

4. Radically transparent

We meet every month to review the accounts. We know what everyone earns (including partners and dividends) and we set our salaries collectively.

5. Meritocratic salaries

The Rebels-in-training are well paid, and the highest salaries are only four times more than those at the start.
