We are looking for talented UX designers to join our project teams. Thinkers and doers with the ambition to develop a career in digital product design and development: from UX research and product conceptualization to interaction design, from information architecture to functional and content design.

You will work on projects where innovation, communication and user experience are key to generating business. We research, think and create solutions that help companies and institutions reach new users, offer new products and open new markets. 

You’ll be working with kindred and caring spirits, fellow Rebels passionate about how digital and business can make the world a better place. You will have the opportunity to work and learn from a diverse and international team based in three countries. You will work at our base camp in Madrid or from home, in a flexible part-time model in which the timetable can also be adjusted to your needs.

What would be your key responsibilities?

• You will participate in the initial analysis and research processes, organising workshops, interviews or user tests.
• You will assist in the creation of the information architecture of websites.
• You will create wireframes of screens and tools, also helping to define the functionalities.
• You will take part in the visual design of interfaces.
• You will interact directly with clients to understand their needs at every stage of the design process.

What are the role requirements?

• Training and interest in digital product design (websites, mobile applications, etc.).
• Knowledge of the basics of graphic and visual design.
• Passion for technology, design and communication.
• Knowledge and experience in web development would be a plus: HTML, CSS, Javascript, different frameworks, CMSs, etc.
• Open-minded, easy to deal with, communication and teamwork skills.
• And last but not least, above all, a great desire to learn and have fun being part of the design team in a company like ours.
• Ability to communicate reasonably well in English (ideally C1 level).
