We are looking for talented Digital & Social Media Strategists and Project Managers to be part of our Project Squads, or Business Units. Thinker-doers with ambition to develop their career in digital strategy, improve their analytical and strategic mindset, while working with international clients.


At Good Rebels we create digital experiences that connect brands and people. We combine data, design, creativity and technology to strengthen clients like Toyota, Decathlon, Domino’s Pizza, Springfield, Lidl and LG Electronics with multicultural teams across 5 offices based around the UK, Spain and Mexico.

What would be your key responsibilities?

  • Participate in the definition and execution of the strategy in different digital projects (digital strategy, social media, growth campaigns, website development, content marketing, etc.).
  • Search for data, audience insights and information to elaborate digital marketing benchmarks and best practices from multinational companies.
  • Coordinate specific project teams and lead client success on day to day basis 
  • Develop digital and social needs into operative plans to achieve our clients objectives and propose and ideate tactics accordingly 
  • Elaborate sound presentations and slide decks for clients and prospects (we use Google Slides as a collaborative platform).


What are the role requirements? 

  • Excellent English and Spanish is a must.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience. Demonstrable digital marketing know-how and social media strategic vision.
  • Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking.
  • Ability to bring clear insights into visual presentations.
  • A good team player, able to work with others remotely (either from home or from one of our open offices) and interact with different stakeholders.
  • Always willing to learn and write about how digital is transforming business, user habits and entire companies. 
  • Project Management skills, tools knowledge and capacity to manage client and project needs overall 
  • Strong abilities to communicate and present to clients or prospects at managerial level.
  • Previous experience working with large brands/budgets will be considered. 
  • Graduate in Economics, Business, Engineering, Marketing or Digital Marketing.
  • MBA or Digital or Marketing Master Degree will be also considered.
